Call Handling—Receptionist
answers calls with custom greeting and makes non-managed
transfers (no introduction, screening). Your Receptionist
can answer frequently-asked questions, give directions,
and give basic company info.
Filter
Message—Every
call is filtered, greeted with a custom welcome message,
then promptly answered by a live Receptionist, like they
were at your location. Callers that don’t need to
speak with your Receptionist can dial your extension and
reach you directly.


Multi-line
System—Our high-tech, corporate-style
phone system can handle multiple simultaneous calls. It’s
the ultimate backup! No busy signals, frustrating call-waiting
beeps, or going straight to voicemail. Every customer can
speak to a live person! All you need is your existing phone
number, plus an additional line for reaching you. No additional
infrastructure or capital costs!
Call
Routing—You can have your Receptionist
route all your calls to anyone, anywhere. This routing is
flexible and can be based on your schedule—weekends,
after hours, traveling, etc. Requires 24 hours notification
for changes.
Custom
Call Tree—Provide callers with an
interactive menu to help them quickly connect with the department
or person they are trying to reach. Example: “For
Sales please press 1, for Customer Service, please press
2…”
“Zero-out”
feature—If callers
need to reach a live CallNet Receptionist at any time during
a recorded welcome message, they simply press zero. The
Receptionist will answer your incoming call promptly, according
to your instructions as if they are your employee.
“Follow
me” option—Incoming
calls are forwarded to a number of your choice, such as
your home, office or cell. If you are unavailable at the
first number, callers are automatically directed to your
second number. Callers only dial one number to reach you.
Requires a FOS voicemail box.
Conference
Calling—Host
inbound conference calls for up to 15 phone lines through
your Receptionist. Company conference bridge numbers are
also available.
Voicemail—Customize
your own voicemail box. You can be notified when you get
new voicemail messages, listen to them on the Internet,
and forward them to anyone like an email. 3 voicemail boxes
are included (more can be added).
Unified
Messaging—One
place to check your voicemail and faxes through your existing
web browser. No special software is needed! View faxes and
listen to voicemail on the Internet from anywhere, anytime!
